When our Founder, Martin, first decided to form Secure Screening Services, he knew he was looking for something different when it came to developing his team. He wanted a place where people enjoyed coming to work and felt like they were part of a bigger picture. He wanted excellence, buzz, teamwork. He wanted a group of people who never settled for just ‘okay’.
When you speak to any employee within the team, they will all tell you the same thing. Secure Screening Services is more of a family environment than your typical hierarchical business setup. We don’t want our staff to feel like they work for us, we want them to feel as though they are working with us, together as a team with shared goals.
We put a lot of effort into finding the right people for the job and always put their needs first, giving them everything they need to be successful and promoting from within to build the best team possible.
The most important thing to us is making sure our staff are happy – not just in their jobs but with their work/life balance as well. We know that a relaxed and fulfilled team is the best asset that any company can have, and it’s something we work hard to maintain.
