Our success is not only due to the quality of our screening and easy to read reports, it’s also down to our approach and the way we treat our clients. We have the expertise to communicate complex information in a clear way. We believe that we should do as we have promised and put the customer first. Our commitment to you will always be to provide you with the correct package with the right information for your needs.



We operate and maintain a business quality management system that meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 and the recommendations of BS 7858:2019. We had undergone a rigorous review programme of our internal systems and successfully achieved formal certification through BSI.

We review business performance annually and set relevant business critical objectives. These are designed to ensure we achieve our goals of quality, customer satisfaction and continual improvement of the service we provide to our clients.

We will ensure we continue to observe to the above whilst complying with all applicable legal and legislative requirements.

All our team members at all levels are responsible for the achievement of high quality & service provision standards and I will ensure the relevant procedures & policies are known, understood, and adhered to by all staff.

We will strive for continual improvement of our business quality management system to meet and surpass our customer’s requirements regarding all aspects of our business.
