The following service level agreement (SLA) is between Secure Screening Services and the client.
The purpose of this document is;
- To clearly represent the capabilities of the service.
- To establish a shared set of expectations regarding the delivery of the service.
- To provide a framework for bidirectional communication regarding overall satisfaction.
Ultimately our goal is to deliver 100% of requested screening within set parameters. The following document aims to detail our SLA to you, the client.
Our Aim
- DBS Basic - 2 to 4 day turn around (Subject to any disclosure which may increase delivery time)
- Credit Check - Same day.
- Right to Work Check - Same Day.
- Digital ID Check - Same Day.
- Directorship Check - Same Day.
- Driving Licence Check - Same Day.
- Adverse Media Check - 3 Working Days.
- Open Source Research - 5 Working Days.
- Employment Referencing – Due to third party responses to employment referencing being beyond our control we have put the following measures in place: We will email the referee 5 times and call them on three occasions to obtain a reference. If no reference is forthcoming we will approach the candidate to evidence employment through any paperwork that may be in existence. If a candidate has been a director of a limited company we will obtain information from Companies House. If the candidate has been self- employed HMRC information will be requested or confirmation sought from their accountant. If the candidate has been engaged in full-time education a copy of an educational certificate will be requested.
- To review and deliver completed reports within 24 hours of all data being processed.
